COMMITTEES


  • The Committee shall observe whether the regulations on internal control in the Regulation on Internal Systems of Banks published by the BRSA in the Official Gazette dated 11.07.2014 and numbered 29057, and the internal policies and implementation procedures approved by the Board of Directors. It was created to ensure that inspection and surveillance activities are carried out.

  • The Committee was established to monitor and direct the Bank's corporate governance practices in accordance with Article 5411 of the Banking Law No. 22. It operates in accordance with the provisions of the "Regulation on the Corporate Governance Principles of Banks", which was published by the BRSA in the Official Gazette dated 01.11.2006 and numbered 26333. The committee works under the Board of Directors. It convenes to monitor the Bank's compliance with corporate governance principles, to carry out improvement studies and to make suggestions to the Board of Directors.

  • The Committee works under the Board of Directors. In accordance with the provision of "Regulation on Corporate Governance Principles of Banks" published by the BRSA in the Official Gazette dated 01.11.2006 and numbered 26333, a Remuneration committee consisting of at least two members should be established in order to monitor and audit remuneration practices on behalf of the Board of Directors, no 13.12.2011 dated 449. was established by the decision of the Board of Directors. The Remuneration Committee convenes to make remuneration suggestions to the Board of Directors.

  • The Committee was established with the recommendation of the Human Resources and the approval of the General Manager in order to monitor and direct the responsibilities, service conditions, personal rights and disciplinary actions of the Bank personnel, without prejudice to the provisions of the Labor Law No. 4857 and the relevant legislation. The Committee works under the General Manager in order to determine the degree of fault and possible damages of the transactions and actions that require disciplinary punishment under the provisions of the Labor Law and other legal regulations and the internal legislation and disciplinary regulations of the Bank. The Committee convenes under the chairmanship of the General Manager with the participation of the relevant managers and decides on the issues on the agenda.

  • The Committee works under the Board of Directors. It operates within the scope of the “Regulation on Information Systems and Electronic Banking Services of Banks” published in the Official Gazette dated 14.09.2007 and numbered 26643. It informs the Board of Directors about strategic compliance in order to manage and administer the legislation/provisions related to Information Systems, to determine the strategic direction, to take decisions to meet IS governance objectives, and to ensure that it is regularly addressed as a part of corporate governance at the Board level.

  • The Committee works under the Board of Directors. It was established in accordance with the articles of the "Regulation on Credit Transactions of Banks" published by the BRSA and the working principles were determined within the scope of the aforementioned regulation. As a general practice, the Credit Committee meets every week at our Bank, except in exceptional cases. The Credit Committee submits its opinions to the Board of Directors regarding the results of the activities carried out by the responsible units, the practices that need to be carried out, and other matters that it considers important for the Bank's safe conduct of its activities.

  • Assets and Liabilities Committee convenes every week under the chairmanship of the General Manager with the participation of Assistant General Managers and Unit Managers engaged in activities that may affect the balance sheet. The meeting agenda consists of the balance sheet of the Bank, the activities of the business lines, general economic data, and the evaluation of the current political and economic developments, and determining the weekly strategy.

  • The Committee works under the Board of Directors. It operates within the scope of the “Regulation on Information Systems and Electronic Banking Services of Banks” published in the Official Gazette dated 15.03.2020 and numbered 31069. It carries out activities on behalf of the Board of Directors to ensure information security within the Bank, to determine acceptable usage standards for information systems, to establish and implement information security policies.

  • It is responsible for establishing the business continuity management process in order to ensure the continuity of the IS services, ensuring the preparation of the continuity plan, declaring the crisis situation by taking into account all the factors related to the events, deciding on the implementation of the plan and ensuring coordination with other rescue, continuity and response teams.
