He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering. Starting his career at Istanbul Bankers Trust in 1993, Altuntaş served as Emerging Markets Director and Turkey Region President at Garanti Bank, AMEX Bank, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley in Amsterdam, Bucharest and London, respectively. Returning to Istanbul in August 2011, Altuntaş served at the Royal Bank of Scotland for a period of two years, until June 2013, as the Chief Executive Officer. Since September 16, 2013, Nurol Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. He continues to serve as a Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager.

He is a graduate of Boğaziçi University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. Starting his career as a specialist at Finansbank in 1995, Hakarar worked as Finance and Business Development Director at Credit Europe and Tosyalı Holding in Amsterdam, respectively. Z.Babur Hakarar has been working as Nurol Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. He continues to serve as the Assistant General Manager responsible for the Treasury.

He is a graduate of ITU, Department of Civil Engineering. He received his master's and doctorate degrees from Boğaziçi University. Starting his career at Interbank in 1996, Çimen worked as a Senior Specialist, Head of Investment Banking Department and Deputy General Manager responsible for Investment Banking at Nurol Investment Bank, Project Finance and Leasing Department in 1999. Since 2017, he has been working as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Loans.

Pınar Çetinel is a graduate of Galatasaray University Faculty of Law and a graduate of the London School of Economics. She started her legal career in 2005 and has been working as a lawyer, focusing on banking, finance and capital markets. Having domestic and international law firm experience, Mrs. Çetinel assumed the position of Chief Legal Counsel at Nurolbank in 2019 and was appointed as Assistant General Manager responsible for the Law and Legislation Departments in August 2022.

After graduating from Boğaziçi University, Department of Computer Engineering, he completed his master's degree in Banking and Insurance at Marmara University. He started his career at Standard Chartered Bank Turkey Headquarters in 1990, and served as director in the Information Technologies and Finance departments of WestLB AG and Portigon AG. Recep Gül, who started working at Nurol Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. on May 25, 2015, is the Deputy General Manager responsible for Financial Control, Operations and Information Technologies.

He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. He completed his master's degree and doctorate in law at Ankara University Institute of Social Sciences, and his master's degree (LLM) in banking law and financial regulation at the London School of Economics (LSE) in England. GÜVEN, who started his career as Assistant Banking Specialist/Lawyer at the Banking Supervision and Regulatory Authority in 2001, served as Senior Chief Banking Specialist in the same institution until June 2023. GÜVEN, who started working as Group Manager Responsible for Internal Systems at Nurol Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. in June 2023, has been serving as Deputy General Manager Responsible for Legislation, Audit and Risk Management since January 2024.

He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics. Gülbin Çakır, who started her banking career as an assistant specialist with Emlak Bank Executive Training Program in 1998, worked in various units of Ziraat Bank Treasury Management between 2001-2018; In June 2018, he was appointed as the Head of Financial Institutions and Investor Relations Department at the same institution. Çakır, who also served as a board member at KZI Bank and Arap Türk Bank, started working as Deputy General Manager responsible for Treasury at Nurol Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. on January 26, 2024.

He is a graduate of Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance. Atmaca started his career in the Foreign Relations Department of Finansbank in 1992 and worked at Fiba Bank between 1998-2000. Between 2000 and 2008, he worked as Assistant General Manager in the Foreign Relations Department at Credit Europe Amsterdam. Between 2008 and 2016, he served as the General Manager of Credit Europe Bank, Dubai. He has been working as Nurolbank Financial Institutions Department Assistant General Manager since 2018.

He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics. He started his business life at Koçbank in 1995. He served as Group Manager, Regional Manager and Director in the Private Banking business unit at Yapı Kredi Bank and Akbank. On 11.10.2023, he started working as Deputy General Manager responsible for Private Banking at Nurol Yatırım Bankası A.Ş.

She is a graduate of Marmara University, Department of Business Administration. She started his career in Finansbank A.Ş., Treasury Department in 1998 as a Specialist. Bilgin, who has been working as a Director in the Treasury Department of Nurol Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. since 2007, has been the Group Manager in the Investment Banking and Project Finance Department since April 2011. Since April 2015, she has been serving as Assistant General Manager responsible for Investor Relations.
